Media Maven ZA Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of digital marketing services provided by [Your Digital Marketing Agency Name] ("Company") to the user ("Client"). By using our services, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms.1. Services:
The Company shall provide digital marketing services as agreed upon with the Client. These services may include but are not limited to search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, content creation, email marketing, pay-per-click advertising, and website design.2. Payment:
The Client agrees to pay the Company the fees as outlined in the agreed-upon proposal or contract. All pricing is in ZAR (South African Rand) and will be converted to your local currency upon charge. Payment terms, including amounts, frequency, and methods of payment, shall be specified in the proposal or contract. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.3. Term and Termination:
This Agreement shall commence upon acceptance by the Client and shall continue until terminated by either party. Either party may terminate this Agreement with at least one week's written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the Client shall pay any outstanding fees for services rendered up to the termination date.4. Intellectual Property:
All intellectual property rights related to the services provided by the Company, including but not limited to content, designs, and strategies, shall remain the property of the Company unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The Client shall not reproduce, distribute, or modify any intellectual property belonging to the Company without prior written consent.5. Confidentiality:
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the term of this Agreement. This includes but is not limited to client lists, marketing strategies, and financial information. The obligation of confidentiality shall survive the termination of this Agreement.6. Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of or related to the services provided under this Agreement. The total liability of the Company, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall be limited to the total fees paid by the Client to the Company under this Agreement.7. Dispute Resolution:
Prior to legal action, the parties agree to negotiate for at least 30 days to resolve any dispute related to our services. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. The parties agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts of South Africa.8. Entire Agreement:
These Terms constitute the entire understanding and agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, negotiations, and discussions, whether written or oral.By entering a contract with Media Maven South Africa, also known as Media Maven ZA, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set forth herein.
